Back Porch by Linda Orleff
| Description: | I chose winter for my back porch so I could work with snow and ice. The wonderful dolls by Connie Sauve were my inspiration for this project. The snow is a product called Newly Fallen Snow and I also used it to make the snowman. No I didn\'t roll the snow into balls; Styrofoam balls make up his base. The icicles are made from plastic wrap; I dripped resin on it to give it that frozen look. The drain spout is a bendable straw. I love to put critters in my miniature scenes and this one has two bunnies, a squirrel, a Jack Russell, and about a dozen chickadees and cardinals. |
